Othello @ Vue – Screened Live from the National Theatre

Wow. What a fantastic production. If you were fortunate enough to see Adrian Lester and Rory Kinnear in Othello last week, please comment below with your thoughts/review/opinions 🙂

One Response to Othello @ Vue – Screened Live from the National Theatre

  1. Lucy Scott says:

I really enjoyed the production, I think the characters of Otehllo, Iago and Roderigo were well cast. I also enjoyed the particular interpretation of the play: set in a more modern time, and in London, because it made it easier to relate to the activity going on! One character i didn’t like was Emilia, because of her constant shouting, although putting her in an army uniform was a good idea, as it made her less feminine, which reflects her strength of character in standing up to the men.
